These terms govern your use of the Chameleon Ultra Manager app (“the app”). By using the app, you accept these terms.

1. License

ApiPrime Software Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal and lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, sell or misuse the app (except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law).

2. Acceptable use

Use the app only with cards and devices you own, or for authorized security testing based on explicit, written permission. Copying, emulating or accessing cards or systems belonging to others without permission is illegal and prohibited. You are solely responsible for any unlawful use of the app.

3. Device and data risks

The app works with your Chameleon Ultra device and includes operations such as firmware updates and card writing. These operations may affect your device or cards. You perform them at your own risk; backing up important data is recommended.

4. Intellectual property

The app and its content belong to ApiPrime Software Technologies. “Chameleon Ultra” and “Chameleon Lite” are product names of RfidResearchGroup; this app is an independent companion and is not affiliated with or endorsed by RfidResearchGroup. The app may include third-party open-source components under their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. No warranty, express or implied, is given; fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ApiPrime Software Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including data loss or device damage) arising from use of the app.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. Your license may terminate if you breach these terms.
